As a judge for our BizPitch competition, you’ll help evaluate innovative business ideas from student founders, providing feedback and support to help refine their vision and execution.
To serve as a judge for the BizPitch Competition, applicants should have a background in business, entrepreneurship, strategy, venture capital, or product development. Ideal candidates are founders or practicing professionals with a minimum of three years of experience in their field.

Students currently enrolled in any tertiary institution in Nigeria or other African countries with a passion for business, entrepreneurship, teamwork, and innovation are eligible to apply.
Ambassadors receive certificates of participation, exclusive access to events, networking opportunities, skill development, career mentorship, and potential internship placements with Biztraction or its partners.
It typically runs through an academic year, but involvement in special projects or events may continue based on performance and availability.
Ambassadors are expected to represent Biztraction on their campuses, support entrepreneurship outreach efforts, participate in events, and work within skill-based teams to execute relevant initiatives.
No. Campus Ambassadors are not eligible to apply or participate in the BizPitch Student Competition. This policy ensures fairness, eliminates conflicts of interest, and maintains the integrity of the program. Ambassadors are encouraged to support the initiative through their leadership roles and gain value from their exclusive access and learning opportunities.
Judges must have a background in entrepreneurship, business strategy, venture capital, product development, or a related field. They should have at least 3 years of professional experience or be founders of registered businesses.
Judges are expected to review pitch materials in advance, attend the live pitch event, participate in the Q&A session, and provide feedback to student founders.
Benefits include the opportunity to influence future entrepreneurs, network with other industry professionals, and gain recognition as a contributor to youth entrepreneurship development.
While these are volunteer roles, Campus Ambassadors may be eligible for paid internships. Judges are recognized for their contributions but do not receive monetary compensation.

No. The Campus Ambassador and BizPitch Judge roles are distinct and designed for different audiences. Students may apply as ambassadors, while experienced professionals serve as judges. You may only apply for the role that aligns with your profile.
